I am a holistic birth & postpartum caregiver, otherwise known as a full-spectrum doula. I’m also an herbalist and current midwifery student. And whether it be through consumption or burial, I help families honor their sacred placenta in a way that feels most nourishing for them.
I’m deeply honored to serve as a companion and space holder through these incredible stages of transformation, rebirth, and expansion.

My Asks & Expectations
I prefer to begin working with clients early in their pregnancy. This can help us build a relationship that feels trusted, connected, and not rushed. For clients past their 36-week mark, it will be up to my discretion if they can receive the full birth doula package in time.
I work with birthing people who are invested in honoring the physiologic birth process. I support self-directed, sovereign families who understand birth to be a transformative rite of passage. I do not support planned epidural births, nor non-medical elective Cesareans.
I primarily attend births at home or at a birth center. I work with a limited number of families who must birth in a hospital. I ask that all clients please read My Birth Philosophy, and reflect on whether it aligns with your own.
It’s important that my services are accessible. If finances are of concern, I’m happy to provide a payment plan or sliding scale pricing. If we seem to be a fit after the initial consultation, we’ll collaborate on an exchange that is equitable and realistic for us both. If we are not a fit, I will send resources or referrals your way.
